Query-command

 The "?" command, which is the same as the "H" command, displays a short
 summary of  the INFO  commands, substantially  like that  found in  the
 command summary node. (*Note  Commands: Command-Summary).  The text  is
 embedded in RDINFO, so a file access is not necessary to find it.
