       SUBROUTINE  DEF00
 C$    (Set Initial Viewing Parameters)
 C$    Initialize  all  the   viewing  parameters  with   standard
 C$    defaults.  This routine  must be called  before any of  the
 C$    DEFxx   routines    are   used    to   construct    viewing
 C$    transformations.
