       SUBROUTINE  DEM02 (NIN,NOUT)
 C$    (DEM02 - Cartesian Surface)
 C$    Demonstration for the  programs HIDSE,  HIDSES, HIDSW,  and
 C$    CONCA which give perspective and contour views of functions
 C$    stored  in   a   rectangular  array.    The   demonstration
 C$    superposes an ellipsoidal and  a hyperbolic mound, both  on
 C$    top of a saddle.
