       SUBROUTINE  INQUP2 (DX,DY)
 C$    (Inquire 2-D View Up Direction)
 C$    Return the  view  up  direction  specified  by  the  vector
 C$    (DX,DY,0) measured  in world  coordinates relative  to  the
 C$    view reference point.  The projection of this vector on the
 C$    view plane defines the up direction.
