The list of errors in the second edition is growing rapidly (unfortunately). Let me know of additional errors that you find.

A preliminary list of solutions for the second edition is available on request. This is a preliminary document and I guarantee absolutely nothing. However, if you find errors or want to contribute additional solutions to some of the problems, send them my way and I will add them. In time maybe this will turn into a useful document.
