SUBROUTINE MATRF (T, ERROR, DX,DY,DZ, PX,PY,PZ) C$ (Reflection Matrix) C$ Construct and return in T(*,*) a transformation matrix C$ corresponding to a reflection in a plane defined by the C$ normal (DX,DY,DZ) from a point (PX,PY,PZ) in the plane.
